Note: Requests received after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for review.

3. Refunds and Replacements

If your return request is approved due to a defect or size issue:

  • Replacement: A replacement will be provided at no additional cost if the exact item is available.
  • Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Conditions for Return Approval

For your request to be considered, please ensure the following:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, certificates, and invoices are included.
  • Damage caused by mishandling or wear and tear will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returning items will be borne by Magic Jewel only for approved defective or size-related cases.
  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product to prevent damage during return transit.
